Xbox Series
The Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S are Microsoft's fourth generation video game consoles. They released on November 10, 2020 globally except for China which eventually got them on June 10, 2021. The Series X is the more powerful model meant for true 4K gaming at 499USD, whereas the Series S is a slimmer, less powerful and disc-less model for Full-HD gaming at 299USD. Both models retain the same processor and internal memory speed, however. Meant as Xbox Game Pass-pushing machines, they have been presented as more of an "alternative to PC gaming" rather than exclusive game consoles, with the market steering heavily towards all-digital distribution. Similarly to the Sony PlayStation 5, there are very few truly exclusive titles for this generation, but notable ones include Starfield, Forza Horizon 5, Halo Infinite, Flight Simulator, and Hellblade II.
