Shipping Information
Once your payment has been received, we will prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.
The delivery time is usually 3-7 business days within Germany. For international deliveries, delivery time can be up to 31 business days or longer depending on the destination.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery.
Our shipping costs are weight-dependent. You can look up the shipping weight of an item on the product detail page of the item in question. Shipping costs are determined automatically as soon as you have placed something in your shopping cart.

By the way, it is possible to pick up your order at the retrospiel store! Simply choose "Local Pickup" when checking out. As soon as the items are ready for you to pick up at our store, you will receive a notification by email. Normally this would be within 1 or 2 business day(s).

Please note that we must comply with the legal requirements for the sale of video and computer games as specified in the Jugendschutzgesetz (Youth Protection Act).
Items with a "FSK 18" or "USK 18" rating, or those for without any rating, can only be picked up in person at the retrospiel store or delivered if you personally collect or accept the delivery.
An identity and age check will be carried out by the postal service, or by our employees if pick your order up at the store. In order to receive your order, the data you entered during checkout must match with the details on your ID card or passport.
