Payment Options

At retrospiel.com we offer the following payment options:

  1. Bank transfer
    Choose bank transfer at checkout and you will receive our IBAN with your order confirmation email.
    As soon as your payment has been received we will prepare your order for shippment.
    Please note that a bank transfer can take up to three business days until it is booked.

  2. Direct Debit
    By choosing direct debit, you authorize a SEPA mandate to collect the payment from your account.
    A few days before the money is deducted, a pre-notification will appear in your online banking, so that you still have time to ensure sufficient funds in your account before the debit is made.

  3. Giropay
    If you select giropay as your payment option, you will be redirected to your bank's online banking. Log in with your access data and complete the payment.

  4. Credit card
    Enter your credit card details and pay with your credit card.
     
  5. Paypal
    To pay with Paypal, your PayPal account needs to be linked to your bank account, from which the payment will be debited when you check out.
     
  6. Cash payment at pickup
    If you want to pick up your order in the retrospiel street store, you can pay in cash or by debit card directly at the store.
